A BOOMING 2025?
In Twenty-Five Years our Year-End was the busiest we have ever experienced!

On December 14th and 16th we were still being inundated with Applicant enquiries and new Seller requests.

Since returning to the Office on the 2nd of January we continued to be so preoccupied, thankfully!
Previously I had read that 2025 could be the start of a new Property Boom, and we wonder if this is really going to be the case. (Hopefully so!).

Currently we further have a record amount of new Lettings about to commence, Sales in the pipeline and Instructions in all categories, that is Residential and Commercial for either Letting or Sale in each category.

Rents are at a record level and we are recommending at least 5% as a yearly Rent increase.

Sale prices are very much stabilising with increases very close to constant.

Once more we would stress that for Lettings, High Presentation will guarantee the Very Best Tenants with Premium Rents still achievable and very long periods of Occupancy.

The Property Market still has many doors of Opportunity available. Long may this also last!
