The Sales Market is very soft, Mortgage Rates are increasing. There is still considerable world uncertainly and overall a hugh lack of confidence. Properties have to be priced very carefully to attract interest, and should be presented as well as is possible to open doors!

We receive considerable Valuation requests constantly and only prefer to offer a figure after a Brief Visit, so we can undertake the request seriously, properly, and fully.

The Letting Market is still very busy. Pricing is also very important, and so too are presentation levels. As Rents are still a record highs, Tenants naturally are more discerning than ever.

For every Letting property, we receive 40 or 50 enquiries at least, and our skill and value each time is finding the appropriate Special Tenants.

Every Tenant is Referenced and Verified by our long standing Partner specialist, so that Landlord and Work References are 100% reliable and the Credit Check incredibly thorough.

A the end of the process a Two – Four page report is available for every Applicant.

We do thoroughly look after our Tenants which results in Long Tenancies and easier acceptance of proposed Rent increases once suggested.
