The Lettings Market is still very strong.

We are always inundated with Applicant requests every time we Offer a Property.

More than ever, the potential excellent Tenant must only be sought, who will make the Tenancy a very positive one, to pay Rent Promptly, take Very High care of a Property, and be conscientious enough to promptly report any issues to be repaired, and to accept Rent Increases.

The most recent Legislation has introduced a system to apply for Market Rent increases, which will be upheld if the Application is properly made. 

Properties always need to be well presented at least, to attract the best potential Tenants, who, if wisely and thoughtfully managed, will remain at the Property for a considerable period. 

We are finding the Market to be better than ever, but one has to be Positive and Proactive always to achieve this.

With the correct procedures in place and positive mentality, we are finding that keeping this status, and consciously working to improving it, to be very rewarding.
