A Couple of Points!

Very recently whilst in Europe a new Friend asked me if many Landlords in England were selling their Properties because of recent legal changes.

I replied that the Experienced, Wise and Mature ones were certainly not!

They knew the increasing value of their Properties both Income and Value wise!

Rents have never been so high and generally 5 – 10% yearly Growth Increases would return despite correct current turbulence!

One Client a few years ago very wisely summed it up, “if the rules change, you have to accept it and change with a professional good heart and spirit whilst making sure of your return.”

The high current and consistent Rents will reward you!

Combined with this is a Letting / Managing Agents most important task of finding for every property only First Class Tenants, who pay promptly, have very high housekeeping standards, and are responsible, appreciative, and easy to communicate with!

Worldwide, I have found in  over 40 years of Experience, considerable amounts of Hard Working people  wanting to and choosing to invest in Property,  and provide very decent Accommodation and Services to their appreciative Tenants!
