Warren Buffett, Chairperson of Berkshire Hathaway, and his Senior Colleagues, advocate Investing in very worthy matters only and then having the Patience to allow that Asset to work and reward you accordingly.

Property is certainly in our opinion such a worthy matter and it’s opportunities are incredibly immense and widespread!

With Property, Patience has to be of the "pro-active type" to make sure both the property and its occupiers are kept up to contemporary standards (if not beyond) and are appropriately comfortable to maximise satisfaction and aims!
