Lovely start to Friday!

Towards the end of last year we were invited to undertake a Sales Valuation for a new Client.

We duly attended and found a very highly presented Four Bedroom House that had been carefully extended by a Husband and Wife team who were both practising Doctors.

We gladly gave a professional figure after careful analysis of current comparable and of our own Expertise.  

The family were moving to Surrey.

We suggested, hopefully not rudely, would they consider renting it instead. This would allow them to achieve record level Rents, consistent capital growth, and the ability to raise finance Tax-free!

They were very pleased to hear this and said they would give it very careful consideration and perusal.

This morning they advised that they wish to Let now and we are about to place the property on the market very shortly.

We are so pleased that they considered our advice and agreed and now we will have the pleasure of making it happen for them!!!
