Although Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) Testing is not mandatory, it is Highly Recommended as a preferred practice to show the Household Electrical items have been tested to be Safe!

PAT tests should be carried out every 1 – 2 years, including ALL Electrical Items provided by the Landlord, from Table Lamps to Large Appliances.
