RENTERS REFORM BILL PROVISIONS

We were talking to a very experienced Property Professional only yesterday who was very fearful of the effect the Renters Rights Bill, once implemented, after its provisions were finally decided upon, would have for the Private Small Landlord.

We didn’t want to say anything but thought that once the final provisions were known, we would study them meticulously and keep them in Commercial prospective and then work out logically and pragmatically how best our Clients will manage and make use of the new Legislations’ provisions.

Rents after all are at their highest known level and generally once a property is in a decent condition there shouldn’t be too much further to do!

We think the media is possibly whipping up too much fear, so too could be politicians!

Once we are in a position to comment on the new Bills provisions we will do so with our Clients best interests very much in mind!
